It anchors the "standard kit" every community guide converges on — T-21 plus Level 3 armor — because it wins the mid-range fights free starter rifles drop while costing less than a third of the prestige options.

Buy it as your first rifle upgrade, the moment a profitable match or two puts $600 in the bank. It is the benchmark every other purchase should beat: if a gun cannot argue its case over the T-21, buy the T-21. In a no-insurance economy its price is its best stat — losing one stings for a match, not a week.

The T-21 holds S tier in the Season 1 tier list on cost-to-performance alone — no gun in the game argues value against it.
